Quality, Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety Policy

The Management of CREA SUSTRATOS is aware of the need to give the highest level of satisfaction to our clients, to have a system of continuous improvement and of the importance of carrying out our activities in a working environment that respects the environment and is free of health risks.

Therefore, CREA SUSTRATOS undertakes to apply the following decisions:

• Carry out all activities, processes and products that affect our organisation with a demanding degree of quality, respect for the environment and in a safe working environment.
• Commit to complying with all requirements, whether legal, contractual or of any other nature, that apply to CREA SUSTRATOS.
• Guarantee the satisfaction of the organisation's staff by providing the training needed for their professional development and the effective performance of their activities.
• Express our commitment to the consultation and participation of our team, motivating and promoting the generation of ideas by the work groups, which can be turned into improvements in all areas of the organisation —whether related to quality, environmental management, OHS, R&D projects…— and which can be put to value within the organisation, in the market or in any other area.
• Analyse the results obtained from monitoring the management system within the previously established timeframes.
• Identify and assess all environmental aspects and health risks related to the development of our activities and services, acting on all impacts they generate —whether significant or not, present or future— in order to minimise and prevent such impacts on the environment, as well as to eliminate hazards and reduce risks to health and safety at work.

At CREA SUSTRATOS we are committed to promoting an understanding and dissemination of our Quality Policy, both within and outside our organisation: clients, employees, suppliers and the general public.
