III.- Conditions for the provision of Services between Crea Sustratos and the Users of its online commerce platform

1. General Conditions of Contract. Prior information.

These general conditions of contract, together with the particular conditions that may be established where applicable, will expressly govern the relationships arising between Crea Sustratos and the third parties (hereinafter «Users») who contract the provision of the services or products offered through the Portal.

These General Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce, Law 7/1998 on General Conditions of Contract, Law 7/1996 on Retail Trade Regulation, Law 59/2003 of 19 December on Electronic Signatures and any other applicable legal provisions.

Crea Sustratos, in its capacity as a specialised B2B contractor, sells only to developer companies and professionals, expressly ruling out the application of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

The use of any of the services offered on the Portal implies acceptance, as a User, without reservations of any kind, of each and every one of the General Conditions of Contract, the General Conditions of Use of the Portal, as well as, where applicable, the Particular Conditions that may govern the acquisition.
